Bookings

• Decide whether you are interested in a tour or a specific educational program led by a guide. Groups not using our guide services do not have to book in advance.
• Contact us. We will confirm your tour and guide at least 1-2 weeks in advance.
• In the high season (March-June), it is best to book your tour at least 14 days in advance. In the low season, one week in advance is fine.

And the price?

• The price for an English-speaking guide is 700 CZK.
• In addition, we charge 80 CZK per student as an entrance fee for the 60-minute program.
• The guide services are included in the price of admission.

For every 10 students, 1 teacher has free admission. For very small groups, ask for individual pricing.

• It is better to split a larger group of visitors into several smaller ones due to limited space in expositions. The maximum number of people allowed in the Fata Morgana Greenhouse and outdoor expositions is 25.
• During the program, the teacher is responsible for the students. The guide is only responsible for the quality of the program.
• You must arrive at the place where you agreed to meet your guide at least 10 minutes in advance.
• The fee for canceling guide services less than 2 hours before the tour takes place is 220 CZK.
