30 November – 1 December: Advent Workshops
15 November – 15 December: THE SEVENTH CUP OF TEA – Exhibition full of aromas and flavors
A modern greenhouse with an elegant, gently serpentine shape nestles into the sloping terrain of southern Troja. Its romantic semi-canyon creates the illusion of a tropical paradise, offering a journey that would otherwise require traveling thousands of kilometers. Stroll through dry forests, lush rainforests, and high mountains of the tropical climatic zone. Marvel at the underwater worlds of African, Asian, and South American freshwater habitats, as well as exotic flowers and uniquely shaped leaves.
Natural and artificial terraces, planted with vegetation that mimics natural growth, evoke the sensation of wandering through a real tropical forest. Built between 1998 and 2004, the greenhouse spans an exposition area of 1,800 square meters (19,375 square feet), with a length of 130 meters (427 feet) and a width of 17 meters (56 feet).
