Experience the Christmas spirit, the scent of natural materials, and a space for creativity—all part of our Advent workshops held in the administrative area behind the ticket office at Fata Morgana Greenhouse. Just follow the on-site signage.
Workshops will take place on the first Advent weekend, November 30 and December 1, each day from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Garden opening hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
We've prepared three different activities suitable for beginners and experienced crafters alike. You'll enjoy working with a hot glue gun, decorating, gluing, and cutting. Each activity is affordable and guaranteed to bring a smile to your face.
Giant Paper SnowflakeCreate a giant paper snowflake to adorn your home and bring winter magic to your table or window. Make it your own—big, delicate, and unique, standing out among other decorations.
It’s perfect as a centerpiece for the holiday table, in a child’s room, or hung in a window. This impressive decoration looks intricate, but with our guide, you’ll be able to make it easily.

Orange Ornament (for the Tree and Beyond)Bring the scent of Christmas with a handmade orange ornament! This decoration combines the aroma of dried orange with delicate holiday motifs, adding a touch of natural elegance to the festive atmosphere.
Hang it on your tree, decorate an Advent wreath, or add it to other holiday arrangements to enjoy the scent of the season.

Christmas AngelThis charming Christmas angel made from recycled materials is perfect for those who love gentle, traditional decorations.
With guidance from our team, you’ll make your angel, ideal for placing on a Christmas table, on a shelf, hanging on the tree, or gifting as a small token to loved ones.
Material cost: 50 CZK (cash only on-site)
Standard admission is required to enter the garden area and participate in the workshops. The admission fee includes access to the outdoor exhibits and the Fata Morgana greenhouse.
Each activity also has a separate material fee listed above, which must be paid in cash on-site.
